Last night my dad and I had a little bet. He didn't think that I could be a vegetarian for 30 days. I said that I could. I asked for it to be 20 days instead but he said 45. So today was my first day of the shabang. Wasn't that hard until dinner... sigh... We Bought vege patties thinking they would be good... boy were we ever wrong! I had to choke one down. Sick. Now the 45 days look a lot harder... But I can and will do it! It most certainly will be an adventure! I'll keep you updated, but for now.. as my friend would say: Hausta luego fuego.
